Introduction pork
At Thien Sinh Farm, we are given wild boars raised by local ethnic minorities and feed them on the farm's vegetables, sake lees, cheese whey, etc.
These wild boars are resistant to disease and can be raised healthy without the use of medicine. However, they grow very slowly, so it takes several times longer for them to grow than regular pigs. In the village, they are an indispensable ingredient for celebratory occasions.
They are characterized by their completely mild fat, and have been well received by children who don't like meat.
We use organic herbs, vegetables, and natural salt from Thien Sinh Farm in our processed products.
