You can create your own account in Register an account page as below.

Step 2: How to order

We have the following delivery schedule. Please select a day of the week (collection) that is convenient for you.
*If you are ordering for the first time and would like to try out the product, we recommend the "Starter Box".

Starter Box 200,000 VND (equivalent to 300K vegetables, free shipping)

Delivery schedule:

On our website, we introduce "recommended vegetables" that are scheduled for delivery next week PM 14:00 on every Thursday 

Every week, the link to the order page will no longer be displayed once orders are accepted.

Delivery time will be sent with the invoice before the delivery date.

Discount:

Discounts will be automatically applied based on your order amount and will appear on your invoice sent the day before delivery.

Shipping fee:

For S size  ( 〜 190,000 VND ) : 70,000 VND

For M size ( 200,000 〜390,000 VND)  : 50,000 VND

For L size  (400,000 VND) : Free 

Step 3: Receiving vegetables

Option 1: Pick it up directly from our staff
We will send you an invoice with the estimated delivery date by email the evening before the delivery date. The delivery person will call you prior to arrival. Please be careful when receiving calls.

Option 2: Delivery to reception or security

If you would like to have your package delivered to the reception or security guard, please contact us in advance.

Option 3: If you would like to pick up your item outside of the delivery schedule, please contact us by 10am on your desired date. Delivery by Grab from Address: 180/40 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh, HCM. (Customers are responsible for the Grab delivery fee.)

Step 4: Payment method

Option 1: If you leave the payment at the reception of your residence: Please write your name, room number, and amount on the envelope and seal it.

Option 2: Pay the delivery staff: Please pay cash directly to the staff when picking up the vegetables. If you select Option 1 or Option 2, please add the payment method below to your cart when ordering. This will prevent the delivery person from forgetting to collect your payment.

Option 3: Bank transfer after vegetables arrive: Please check the payment history and bank information at the end of the statement (PDF) that will be emailed to you the day before delivery.

Note: When making a bank transfer, please remember to enter your order number and name. Required to match transfer information and payment.

*If you would like to make a monthly lump sum payment, please register in advance. We will send you a monthly invoice at the end of the month.

** For bank transfers, please receive the vegetables and confirm the details before remitting the money. (It would be helpful if you could avoid sending money before delivery as much as possible)

How to order additional items

If you would like to place an additional order after completing your order, please refer to the steps below.

Step 3: Complete your order using the discount code "ADD" (it will be auto-filled if you use the link above)

*Shipping charges will be calculated based on the total order amount and will be displayed on the details. Details will be sent via email the evening before delivery.



If you wish to cancel

Option 1: Cancel your previous order and place a new order

When placing a new order, please enter "Cancellation + Order Number*" in the notes section.
(*The order number is listed in the confirmation email automatically sent immediately after placing your order)

Option 2: If you do not want to place the order again, please notify us of your cancellation via Zalo, LINE, etc. We would appreciate it if you could contact us by early morning the day before the delivery date.
 

Group code

We are happy to support you with the troublesome calculation of group purchases and the totaling of quantities by applying "Group Purchase Code"
