Q&A 12
Q. What is the difference between children eating TSF vegetables?
A. Generally, nitrate-nitrogen remains on vegetables when used in excess, such as with industrially produced nitrogen fertilizers. Even if it is an organic fertilizer, nitrate-nitrogen remains in the vegetables by adding immature compost. This is considered to be one of the causes of the taste that children are not good at. Excessive use of nitrogen fertilizer is a big problem in Vietnam.
TSF grows cows on safe home feed, produces compost with the cow manure, and continues to improve topsoil.
