[How to start ordering]

Step 1: Account registration

Option 1: You can create your own account in Register an account page

Option 2: TSF creates an account for you, please provide information via email: delivery.hcmc@thiensinh.net or line: https://lin.ee/rJxe0bq

Step 2: Place an order

Option 1: If you are a first time order at Thien Sinh Farm and need to try the product, this is a good choice for you.

   Starter box 200,000 VND (value of vegetables  300K and free shipping)

 Option 2: Follow our delivery schedule below. Choose the date you want to receive the vegetables and place an order in that collection.

Delivery schedule:

Our website will show you " new products " for next week's delivery on : 
PM 14:00  on  every Thursday 

The order page link will be locked at the end of the order receiving period.

IMPORTANT :  For "    à la carte " order, please complete order 24 hours before the deadline showed above. 

 Delivery time will be sent with the invoice before the delivery date. 

Discount:

Discounts are automatically applied to the invoice depending on the value of the order.

Shipping fee:

For S size  ( 〜 190,000 VND ) : 70,000 VND

For M size ( 200,000 〜390,000 VND)  : 50,000 VND

For L size  (400,000 VND) : Free 

About receive

Option 1 : Receive  directly

Before delivery, we will sent email an invoice with estimated delivery time information. Please note the phone number during delivery.

Option 2 : Keep at reception or security guard

If you want to leave your vegetables at reception or security guard, please contact us in advance.

After receiving the vegetables, please compare the delivery quantity with the actual invoice quantity. If there are any problems please notify us via:

Option 3: If you would like to receive your order outside of our delivery schedule, please contact us before 10:00 am. We will deliver by Grab from the address: 180/40 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh, HCM.

Customers pay Grab fee.

About payment

Please put  "payment method item" in to cart when you order:

 Option 1 : Cash payment at reception:

 Please write the information: name, room number, amount and seal the envelope.

 Option 2 : Cash payment to delivery staffs: 

 Please send the payment cash to our staff directly when you receive goods.

Option 3:  Bank Transfer after receiving vegetables:  

Please kindly refer "Our bank information on Invoice and payment history (PDF)  sent via email.

NOTE: please put your order number and name when you conduct Bank Transfer.

* If you prefer to pay monthly, please notify us in advance, then we will send monthly invoice in the end of month.
 ** Please do not Transfer money before receiving vegetables. 

Add product

Step 1: open the top page from the link below.

Step 2: select the vegetables from the same collection (day of the week) in the order you want to add

Step 3: complete order with discount code "ADD" 

 Cancel

Option 1: cancel and place an order again

 When ordering a new order, please enter "Cancel + Order Number" in the note field. (The order number is displayed in the confirmation email that is automatically delivered when you place an order)

 Option 2: If you don't want to reorder, please tell us the cancellation.

Group code

We are happy to support you with the troublesome calculation of group purchases and the totaling of quantities by applying "Group Purchase Code"
